These Terms govern your use of the Living Well USA website and provide an overview of the terms that apply when you take part in our programs. Living Well USA is operated by Living Well USA, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using this website or booking a program, you agree to these Terms.
Living Well USA offers wellness experiences including team workshops, retreats, the 24-Hour Reset, mindful leadership coaching, meditation and mindfulness classes, and keynotes. Programs may be delivered at our Los Gatos property, at your worksite, or live online.
A program is confirmed once we have agreed on scope and dates in writing and any required deposit is received. Fees are set out in your proposal or agreement, and our published pricing and availability may change until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any deposits and deadlines, are set out in your program agreement. If your plans change, please contact us as early as possible so we can discuss available options.
Our programs are educational and intended to support general wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological, or mental-health treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Participation is voluntary. If you have a health condition or any concerns, please consult your physician or a licensed professional before taking part, and always listen to your body during any practice or activity. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
We want every session to feel safe and welcoming. Participants are asked to treat facilitators and fellow participants with respect, follow reasonable safety guidance, and take responsibility for their own wellbeing during activities.
Program materials, recordings, handouts, and the content on this website, including the Living Well USA name and logo, are our property or used with permission. They are provided for your personal use and may not be copied, recorded, redistributed, or used commercially without our written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living Well USA, LLC and its facilitators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in a program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
